LDT Fitness provides general wellness, health, and nutrition recommendation.A FEW THINGS:LDT Fitness was started with a vision of becoming a community-based group fitness facility where everyone entering our doors feels like family and look forward to their workouts. AboutMy name is Keith Williams. I was born in Oakland, California and raised in East San Jose, California. Surrounded by gangs, violence, and poverty, I felt lucky to graduate from high school and more fortunate to have graduated with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Criminology from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. After not playing my senior year of high school football due to a torn ACL, I earned my college degree while on a football scholarship. I lived my life after college as a public servant working for various government agencies ranging from Utah Department of Youth Corrections to US District Court, District of Colorado.
During my time as a Federal Probation Officer, it became very clear to me that I should be doing something else - something that would allow me to give back to the community in a more positive environment while continuing to help and change peoples lives. After 10 dedicated years as a federal public servant, I made the decision to take control of my life and become my own boss. I participated in a few group fitness classes and immediately knew it was for me! Today, I am the proud and humble owner of Let's Do This Fitness.

Let's Do This Fitness is located at 10200 East Girard Avenue, Building D, Denver, Colorado 80231. It is in the Kennedy Center Office Building (complex) across the street from Kennedy Golf Course.
Will Keith Williams be the only instructor?
Absolutely not...Let's Do This Fitness will have approximately 7 regular certified instructors.
Is a membership required to attend Let's Do This Fitness?
No...you may pay the drop-in rate, buy a punch card, or purchase a membership.
Do I have to reserve a spot in advance?
It is highly recommended that students sign up in advance for classes online to ensure their spot.
Is Let's Do This Fitness availabe for private parties?

Do you offer daycare?
We offer a designated area for children equipped with a television and DVD player. Parents are responsible for bringing materials/activities to keep their child occupied while class is in session. Children are not allowed in the fitness area during class.
